Department of Health will introduce Phase 2 of Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA) in September 2021.
Co-hosted between Services Australia and Department of Health, this session will help the Home Care sector prepare for the first claim under the new arrangements. The session will cover:
- The required information as part of September claim finalisation
- Recap on new terminology and calculations within the payment system and payment statement
- Recap on key tips for the September claim
- Opportunity for participants to ask questions to Services Australia and Department of Health on the new arrangements
This initiative is part of the Government’s continued strategy to support sector readiness for the Improved Payment Arrangements measure for home care.
